This SOP is a work in progress. If you notice anything that is out of date, could be more clear or could be more efficient please update the SOP or add a comment to start a conversation.
Purpose
Go through the tasks to offboard a client from different platforms when they either cancel or ghost us.
Procedure
Inputs:
ARI/DS - Each month there’ll be a canceled section at the bottom of the ARI and DS SEO monthly planners colored red.
ND - A Takedown Fulfillment Request will be generated in Salesforce in the same Fulfillment Order as the Onboarding Fulfillment Request.
Sign in to SEOMonitor and go to the main dashboard by clicking the top-left icon in the DealerSpike agency (DS, ARI, and Net Driven clients are in the same account/agency).
Now at the top-right hover your pointer over your profile options and click on Campaign Settings.
In Campaign Settings, you’ll find all the active campaigns, type the domain of the canceled client in the search bar and click on the gear icon.
A side menu will pop up and at the bottom click on the ‘Archive Campaign’ option and ‘Archive’ to confirm it.
Click Home and then Domains to go to the full list of Accuranker Domains
Click Add filter
Click Domains
Type in the domain of the account that needs to be offboarded
Click Add to create the filter
Your domain should be the only website listed. Click the Trash Can icon under Actions
Wait for the Confirmation Button to Load

Details on how to accomplish all or a portion of this step specific to this brand.
Look for the Client sheet associated with the canceled client in the SEO chrome profile. There should be a field indicating which account has the property for the canceled client in the first tab “Client Info”.
Log in to Google Search Console in said account and in the top-left property search box (not the top one) search for the URL of the dealer’s website.
Clients can either appear as Verified or Not Verified depending on if they already changed providers or deleted our code or verification files.
For clients that are Not Verified:
Click on the Not Verified property, this brings up a Verification window where we just have to click on Remove Property in the bottom-right of this window
For Clients that are still Verified:
Click on the property in the Property list and go to the left-side menu where almost at the bottom you’ll find the Settings option
In the settings menu click on Remove property and confirm it.

For this step, you’ll have to be on one of the VPNs and have NppFTP plugin installed in Notepad++.
Look for the FTP folder for the dealer’s website in the NppFTP plugin, in this case, we'll be disabling the inline editor for Barn House Powersports (If the dealer already changed their hosting, there’ll be no FTP folder for their website).
Open the “config.asp” that’s in the “includes” folder.
Change the two Inline Editing lines options to False, save and close the file.
Visit the Spam Link Monitoring Board and search for the client’s Trello card.
Go on the right-side menu and click on Archive

Log in to Ninjacat and select the appropriate Agency (ARI or DS).
Search for the dealer’s account.
Go to the Reports sections of the account and locate both the Monthly and Quarterly reports. Click on the 3 vertical dots and select the View History option.
Here download the last report created from each month of service by clicking on the cloud icon on the right (You don’t have to download every report just the last one from each month).
You’ll have to do this process for both the Monthly and Quarterly reports.
Upload these reports to the CRM… (In process)
After backing up every monthly and quarterly report you can go ahead and delete the templates from the account

After deleting the report templates you can start deleting Data Sources from the account.
In the Data Sources section select any of the SEO data sources
This will open up a window to manage this data source. Just click More Actions in the top-right and select Delete.
You’ll have to do this process with the data sources from:
