Exporting the Deck

Each month, a PDF copy of the growth meeting is saved so that anyone who needs to reference it can easily access it. Is a step-by-step guide on how to save the deck each month. This is done after the meeting and before the deck is cleaned up and sent out to the directors to stage for the next meeting.

 

Step 1

Open up the presentation deck and allow it to update by clicking Update Links when the Security Notice window prompts you to update the links.

Step 2

Select File from the menu bar at the top, then select Export > Create Adobe PDF > Create Adobe PDF

Step 3

When prompted to convert the speaker’s notes and annotations, select Yes. You may also select ‘Don’t show again'.


Step 4

Upload the file to PDFs folder. The file name is in this format:

DigMS Cancellation and Churn - Month YYYY.pdf

The breadcrumbs for this folder is as follows:
