1. Yext - Generating Client Outreach Link

In order to fully utilize Yext’s functionality and purpose, our clients need to authorize access between Yext, Google My Business, and Facebook Business accounts. The following steps will teach you how to generate a link for the clients listed under the Client Outreach column on the DSB Product Additions: Directory Management & Reputation Management board.
1. In the main Entities window, click Search.
2. Type the name of the account you are looking for in the field and press enter. You should now see the account listed in the results area.
3. Click the Optimization Progress bar to the right.
If you do not see the Optimization Progress bar, click the Columns drop down menu, scroll down to Optimization Progress, and click the checkbox to enable the bar.
4. On the next page, scroll down to Connect to Google My Business and Connect to Facebook and check both boxes.
5. Scroll back to the top of the page and click Generate a Link on the top left.
6. Copy the link generated into your email.
