To add,edit and remove coupon groups and online coupons, follow these instructions

Getting to the Coupon Manager

  1. If you are not already logged into the ARI CMS, go to the ARI CMS and log in. 
  2. Go to Structured Content > Coupons

Adding a Coupon Group

  1. Click the 'Add Group' button
  2. Put a check in the 'Group Enabled' button
  3. Use the drop down to assign the coupon to all or selected sites
  4. Type a name in Coupon Group Title
    1. Optional: add a Description to explain the coupon coverage 
  5. Save the Changes

Adding a Coupon 

  1. Click the 'Add Item' button
  2. Put a check in the 'Enabled' button
  3. Type the name of the coupon in 'Coupon Title' box
    1. Optional: 
      1. List exemptions in the 'Coupon Exemptions' box
      2. Describe the nature of the coupon in the 'Coupon Description' box
      3. Assign an expiration date using the calendar next to the 'Coupon Expires' box
  4. Save Changes

Editing a Coupon or Coupon Group 

  1. Click the 'Edit' button on the Coupons Structured Content Groups page
  2. Click the 'Edit' button on the Coupons Structured Content Group Detail page
  3. Make the intended changes and Save

Bulk Actions

  1. Use the drop down defaulted as 'Bulk Actions' to select an action
  2. Place a check in either the 'Select All' box or the individual box for the targeted detail
  3. Click the 'Apply' button to make the changes

Deactivating a Coupon

  1. Uncheck the box under the 'Active' column on Coupons Structured Content Group Detail page
