You can create promotion codes that discount shopping products or discount the shipping rate at the cart page.

Creating a Promotion Code

  1. Go to Store > Promotion Codes. You'll be taken to the Promotions page, where you can add a Subtotal or a Shipping promotion.


     

  2. Click on the Add Subtotal Promotion button to add a promotion based on the total items being purchased. Subtotal promotions apply to the amount of the purchase minus tax and shipping fees. You can choose from dollar or percentage off discounts. Three types of promotion are available to allow you to choose if the offer can be combined with any other promotions that you may be running.

  3. Click on the Add Shipping Promotion button to add a promotion that applies to the shipping amount of the order. Shipping promotions apply to only the shipping amount. You can choose from a flat-rate discount price or free shipping per delivery method.
