    1. How Do I Use PRODUCT TYPE in the Inventory Criteria Engine to include/exclude units from Feature Inventory Emails:

    • Select the ATTRIBUTE = ProductTypeID

    • Input the Applicable Product Type ID from this key: ProductTypeID.xlsx

    • Click UPDATE (not Save or Reset)
