EasyPost - Feature Summary and Set-up

This integration is for dealers looking for a full-service shipping solution to use with their E-Commerce Configuration. With EasyPost you can:

  • Buy postage directly from your dashboard at discounted rates

  • Access to multiple carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and several more)

  • Print shipping labels

  • Estimate delivery times

  • Track packages

  • Address verification

  • Shipping insurance

Create EasyPost Account and Configure Settings

From your dashboard, click Shipments

You will land on the main settings page. Click the link to configure your “Shipping Settings”, then click “Sign-up for an EasyPost account here”

Create a new account. Once you generate a login and password you will be taken to the EasyPost dashboard, a very helpful start-up guide and set-up checklist to show you where everything is. Spend about 5 minutes familiarizing yourself with the basic features.

Once you are in your EasyPost Dashboard, click on your email address on the top left corner in the blue hyperlink, then click “API Keys”.

You will be copying this Production API Key and pasting it into the settings for the E-Commerce Configuration. Click Show then Copy.

Proceed back to the E-Commerce Configuration Shipments Settings and paste the API Key

Complete the Shipping Origin Address section with the address from where you will be shipping

*if you need to update this in the future you can find it under Settings > Shipping from the dash.
