Digital Marketing Department Breakdown

(Click the above link to see a breakdown of leadership roles, department breakdowns, and more for all of Digital Marketing)

TDA Project Life Cycle

Refer to the table of contents below to navigate to the tool, resource, or document you need in order to best serve your client, regardless of where they are in the TDA Project Life Cycle

1. TDA Onboarding

New Sales

Digital Marketing Sales/Ops

  • An Intake Task is created in Salesforce or other CRM

2. TDA Setup

Pixel Deployment

  • Engineering (DigiDragons) will deploy the pixel.

3. Maintenance (TDA)

Client requests have first priority and should be addressed first during the month, immediately after the reporting period.

The TDA Specialist will:

  • Monitor Call Notes and emails for any TDA Client request passed along from the Account Managers as a result of a report call or any other dealer contact

4. Reporting (TDA)

Here you'll find the documents, tools, and training required by the Dealer Spike SEO and Juniper teams to generate monthly, 6-month, and Year-over-Year reports, as well as information on Report Calls.

5. Offboarding (TDA)

When the unthinkable happens, and a client wants to cancel their Digital Marketing Services, or even their website entirely, there is an escalation pathway that must be followed. We want to retain any and all clients that we can, so make sure you're doing your due diligence to hear your clients' concerns and address them appropriately.

New Around Here?

Given the current size of the TDA team, there's not an immediate need for new hire training. However, the hope is this team will grow over time as more and more dealers realize who beneficial TDA campaigns are to their overall Digital Marketing success. As such, a training plan has been established, though none of the trainings outlined currently have courses. As time permits in Q3 or Q4 2020, this should be addressed to ensure the department is set up for success.
