  • Our directors will be the ultimate decision makers in their discipline when it comes to what numbers should go in their respective cells.

  • Each director has the same access and editing permission and can change the data if they do not agree with what they see on the Salesforce reports.

  • Likewise, directors can also make a copy of Salesforce reports below and adjust filters to see reports for any timeline.

  • Jeremy Olsen will be the best person to consult with regarding cancelation and churn data.

  • Abbey Middleton will be the best person to consult with regarding MRR data.

  • Alex Cal and anyone on a Windows operating system can refresh each table by right clicking on it and selecting Update Link.

  • Alex Cal can help update chart numbers on the presentation.

  • The entire PowerPoint presentation can be updated by closing the presentation, reopening it, and clicking Update Links at the Microsoft PowerPoint Security Notice prompt.

Directors will be responsible for entering cancelation data including:

  • Cancel quantity

  • Questionable items

  • Questionable $

  • Cancelled management $

  • Cancelled budget $

Go-Lives (Go-Live vs. Churn tab)

Directors will be responsible for entering go-Live data including:

  • Go-Live quantity

  • Go-Live management $

  • Go-live budgets $
