To edit data on a chart, right click on the chart and select Edit Data.

Then, edit the data in the corresponding cell. Make sure you enter a minus sign ( - ) in front of the number if the number is supposed to be negative.

The lines on the chart will be updated automatically when the numbers are adjusted.
