How to add a new SOP reviewer

This SOP is a work in progress. If you notice anything that is out of date, could be more clear or could be more efficient please update the SOP or add a comment to start a conversation.

Purpose

This SOP will show you how to set up a new SOP Reviewer section on the SOPs to Review page. This will allow new users to have a place where they can quickly and easily monitor SOPs that they need to review.

Procedure

Inputs:

  • The need for a new SOP Reviewer is identified.

 

Click here to open the page.

Click the pencil icon in the upper right of the page to start editing.

  • Click at the bottom of the page.

  • Type “##“ followed by a space to start a new H2.

  • Type the review’s first name followed by “ SOPs To Review“.

  • Press “Enter“.

  • Type “/recently” to populate a list of suggested sections.

  • Select “Recently Updated“ from the list.

    • This will add the new section to the page

    • And, open the settings panel.

This is where we are configuring the label that this table will monitor for changes. Any document with this label applied will populate into this list.

  • In the setting section Label(s) type “review-firstname“. Do not include the quotations when typing out the label.
