In order to streamline the intake process we have combined the intakes for all services into one form that will be uploaded on the account to the files section. This allows the intake to be completed for all services at once and improve availability by centralizing the location.
How to Find the New Intake Sheet:
Start on the account record for the client you’re working on:
Locate “Files” under the “Related List Quick Links” section:
In the list, if the intake is completed, you should see the intake form in the following format:
