  2. Digital Marketing(Gemma) gets a notification through CRM’s Onboarding List

  3. Gemma adds the sale information to the Digital Marketing Monthly Planner for the corresponding brand, ARI, or Dealerspike.

  4. Gemma creates a card on the First Months Task Board in Trello within 24 hours of the sale closing.

  5. Katie will assign a rep for each SEO sale within the first 24 hours of the sale's closing and add them to our Dealer Spike Monthly Tracking Sheet or ARI Monthly Tracking Sheet.

  6. The Juniper team will then have 48 hours to complete the setup for the sale, and the first task on the card will be to check if a client sheet exists or to create a new client sheet if one does not.

  7. The Juniper team will then add the client sheet link to both the Trello card and the CRM Digital Marketing Project.

  8. Services Start

  9. For Reputation Management and Directory Management Only:

    1. After the first month’s setup tasks have been completed, we will have a card on the reputation management board that will trigger Josh to start outreach 2-4 days after the sale’s closing.

    2. Josh will update the client sheet with all the necessary information for Reputation Management and Directory Management and mark that the intake step has been completed on the client sheet.

  10. Full intake is completed by the CS rep at the convenience of the dealer in a time frame of 2-30 days from the time of sale to be determined by the sales team.
