The following documentation details the purpose of and appropriate maintenance around the Content Team’s rewrite indexes.

Baseline Information

Both LeadVenture Content Teams collect all previously covered topics in a spreadsheet for future reference. The team refers to these spreadsheets as the DS or ARI Rewrite Indexes.

This allows writers to refer to previously researched topics more easily by choosing a topic another writer has already covered. Referring to these topics can make it easier to cover a wider range of topics faster.

However, writers are not obligated to cycle through all index topics before choosing an original topic and there is no set order in which the topics must be addressed. It is up to each individual writer to decide what’s best for the clients based on foundational information provided by the SEO reps.

Links and Points of Contact

Writers can find the links to the indexes and their respective primary points of contact below:

Understanding the Indexes

Each index is broken down into tabs:

Dealer Spike

Contains all pre-written content not assigned to a dealer that can be modified for any request with matching requirements. Refer to the Up for Grabs documentation for more information.

All articles already written with researched topics are noted with the blue hyperlinks. Any cell without a hyperlink (black text) is an idea that has no pre-existing piece for reference, but open for use for any request with matching requirements.

Broken down by common categories.

All pagefooters already researched and written. Broken down by general content and OEM content.
