Outreach Schedule
To ensure compliance and successful fulfillment, a weekly effort should be made to reach out to clients who have not responded to the outreach.
For new clients: A weekly check-up of the Client Outreach column on the DSB Product Additions: Directory Management & Reputation Management board is sufficient for DSB fulfillment.
A weekly scan through the Client Outreach - Yext spreadsheet should be completed for stagnating clients.
Timestamping Your Attempts for DSB Clients
While we cannot force clients to click on the links we provide, we can keep a meticulous record of our attempts. The following simple steps will show you how to keep track of your outreach attempts:
1. In the Client Outreach column, choose a card and click on it to open it.
2. Scroll down to the Activity section.
3. In the Write a comment… field, type “Outreach email sent.”
4. Click Save, or press Enter.
Trello automatically stamps the date and time of an activity on the card. Anyone who opens up the card will see when the last activity occurred.
