Here you'll find the tools, training, and other resources used by the Dealer Spike SEO and Juniper teams to perform routine monthly tasks, as well as advanced and one-off tasks.

Third Month

SEO Specialists

During the third month of an SEO Campaign, the SEO Specialist will begin creating and implementing optimized FeaturedBanner content on inventory list pages in addition to performing their recurring monthly tasks:

  • Keyword research and analysis in SEO Monitor
  • Website performance research and analysis in Google Analytics
  • Content assignments (if applicable)
  • YouTube assignments (if applicable)*
  • Yext tasks (if applicable)
  • Backlinks disavow list (if applicable)
  • Grade.us email lists (if applicable)

*During the third month, if the dealer still has not provided access to their official YouTube channel, the SEO Specialist is required to create a temporary YouTube channel for them, giving Juniper a place to upload their completed videos

Maintenance Tasks

The third month sets the tone for standard monthly work. However, there are a few set tasks that must happen every month in order to maintain a healthy SEO campaign:

SEO Specialists

  • Monthly reset tasks
  • Monthly keyword assessment
  • Monthly Yext tasks
  • Monthly Reputation Management email campaign

Advanced Tasks

Advanced Tasks are those that require a little more learning, a little more time, and lot more patience than a standard month of work requires. Examples of a non-standard (or advanced) month work include:

  • Non-Inventory Pages
  • Additional Yext Monthly Work
  • Link Audit
  • Updating Content
  • Updating to More Recent SEO Best Practices
  • Site Redesign
  • Domain Name Change
