This is an overview of the Content Writer Workflow.
Pick the Request
- Open up the Salesforce Dashboard.
- Pick a request based on the Priority List.
- Determine if the request can be completed as-is. If not, follow the Kickback Process.
Fulfill the Request
- Determine which Content Fulfillment Option to use.
- Create (or move) the document into the Dealer’s Folder (ARI or Dealer Spike)
- Create the proper File Name.
- Ensure the piece meets the Type of Content requirements.
- Ensure the piece meets the Word Count requirements.
- Ensure the piece meets the Style Guide requirements.
- Ensure the piece meets any relevant Trademark requirements.
Submit the Request
- Submit the piece to either QA or Juniper.
