- Pick a request based on the Priority List.
- Determine if the request can be completed as-is. If not, follow the Kickback Process.
Fulfill the Request
- Determine which Content Fulfillment Option to use.
- Create (or move) the document into the Dealer’s Folder (ARI or Dealer Spike)
- Create the proper File Name.
- Use proper SEO Keyword Practices:
- Use the primary keyword in the intro, outro, and at least one header.
- Use the primary keyword as the most mentioned keyword in the body of the piece.
- If rep provides secondary keywords, use 1-3 from the list.
- Meet all the Type of Content requirements.
- Meet (or exceed) the Word Count requirements.
- Follow all the Style Guide requirements.
- Follow any relevant Trademark requirements.
Submit the Request
- Submit the piece to either QA or Juniper.
