SEO Domain Change Checklist

This is a list of items that will need to be updated in the event of a domain change. Domain changes will come in through and automated process in Salesforce that opens a support case via email to “seosupport@leadventure.com”. This is assuming they are not moving platforms.


​Juniper Check that the sitemap includes SEO URLs updated with the new base domain
​Juniper Add new domain to GSC and ensure verification
​Juniper Use the Google Address Migration Tool
​Juniper Update NinjaCat and Accuranker connections for GA4 and GSC where applicable
​Juniper Update dealer URL in Uberall where applicable.
​SEO Rep Update the website link in the Capacity Doc
​SEO Rep Update domain in Accuranker
​SEO Rep Verify internal linking - check all SEO created linking and ensure they go to the proper place on the new URL
​SEO Rep Ensure destination URLs in FWD records are up-to-date.
