Below is a breakdown of responsibilities, resources, and information required to successfully complete our monthly work for our TDA clients!

Client Requests

Belize TDA Specialist

When it comes to monthly work, client requests have first priority and should be addressed first during the month, immediately after the reporting period. The Belize TDA Specialist will:

  • Monitor Call Notes and emails for any TDA Client request passed along from the Account Managers as a result of a report call or any other dealer contact
  • Submit requests to alter or update the design of any ads running
  • Adding new or removing old geofences
  • Adjusting keyword lists by either adding or deleting keywords, especially when a client does not like seeing a specific keyword on a report
  • One off requests
    • Setting up an Event Tactic (not likely during COVID-19)
  • Belize TDA Specialist will escalate requests as necessary

From this point on, all changes implemented to the TDA campaign will happen individually, with each change being handled in the Simpli.fi UX
