Dealers that receive Managed Review Response and Automated Review Request services (as part of the SEO Platinum package or as add-on Rep Man services) should be granted user access to our Customer Connections tool so that they can upload customer lists to send out review invitations and also have the option to respond to reviews. After their account has been set up, our RM Setup specialist should create a username and password associated with the dealer’s email and send it to them so that the dealer can access the dashboard.
