Reputation Management Dashboard - Dealer-Facing Tutorial

Dealers that receive Managed Review Response and Automated Review Request services (as part of the SEO Platinum package or as add-on Rep Man services) should be granted user access to our Customer Connections tool so that they can upload customer lists to send out review invitations and also have the option to respond to reviews. After their account has been set up, our RM Setup specialist should create a username and password associated with the dealer’s email and send it to them so that the dealer can access the dashboard. Below is a guide explaining all the tabs that a dealer can see in their account and all the actions that can be taken.

  • To begin, the dealer uses the given email and password to log in to the Customer Connections dashboard:

  • After signing in, they are shown the dashboard for their dealership ONLY, as shown below:

The dashboard just displays an overview of the review requests sent and the number of total Google and Facebook reviews (if connected). Clicking “View” in the first Total Review Requests Sent box will take you to the Review Requests tab also listed on the left-hand side. Clicking “View” in the Total Google Reviews or Total Facebook Reviews boxes will take you to the Reviews tab on the left-hand side. But let’s first take a look at the Insights tab on the left-hand side.

  • The Insights tab of the account shows an assortment of charts and graphs that visualize the data pulled from posted reviews and review requests sent:

The first two boxes are bar graphs showing how many Google or Facebook reviews were posted and when; you can change the date ranges shown on the graph by selecting Monthly, Weekly, or Daily in the top right of each box.

The third box in the top row shows a pie chart of the review sources; you can change the date range using the dropdown in the top right:

The fourth and final box in the top row shows a pie chart of the ratings from the posted reviews in the given time period, and you can change the date range the same as shown for the Review Sources box:

The second row of the Insights tab visualizes the Review Requests and Review Response data. The first box shows a line graph of the number of review requests sent out and can be shown in Monthly, Weekly, or Daily intervals:

The last box of the second row shows a bar graph of how many reviews were or were not responded to by the dealer and can be shown in Monthly, Weekly, or Daily intervals as well:

Lastly, a dealer can click the green Download Report button in the top right to receive an exported PDF of all this data. Let’s move on to the Reviews tab.

  • The Reviews tab simply lists all of the Google or Facebook reviews left for the dealership:

The search bar on this page does not really work to search for reviews by keyword or date, but you can filter and sort the list of reviews using a variety of factors:

You can also click the green Export button in the top right to download a .csv of all the review information.
