Double Tracking & Unverified GSC Issues Process

I would like to create a NC dashboard that just pulls bounce rate data and GSC impressions into a report for every active client so that we can sort the reports to find sites that have very low bounce rates (indicating that their GA tag is double tracking) and missing impression/clicks data (indicating that their GSC is unverified/disconnected). Juniper can monitor this dashboard to find issues to resolve.
