Status Note	Feb 3, 2023 Going to re-start the support queue conversation with Ben next week. Feb 10, 2023 Meeting with Ben moved to Monday at 1:30 Mar 6, 2023 Sill be finishing the documentation today and finding times for trainings with all the necessary teams. Mar 20, 2023 Documentation was completed over the weekend. Started training today. Senior Rep, CS, Support, AEM, & SEM team training will be completed by the end of the week. Queue to kickoff on Monday. Mar 24, 2023 All is working. Messaged Ben about the changes I requested and have been messaging about it today. Still need to hold trainings with AEM/SEM, and web support. Apr 4, 2023 Queue is fully functional, still has a few tweaks to make it easier to use to work out. Still need to train the other teams this week. Apr 17, 2023 Completed

Is there redundancy to add readings from modules into training tracker?	Yes and no. If we link readings from current training module format then yes. However, we can break the modules down into child pages, which can then be assigned out in the training tracker.

Reduce content on modules by migrating bulk of module content over to be separate child modules.	This keeps the content main training modules at a minimum and also offers pages we can link into the training tracker.
