Enable Shopper Guide

The Shopper’s Guide feature walks the user through a friendly filtering process to return a list of RVs according to user input. Follow these instructions to enable the Shopper’s Guide feature.

  1. Open the fulfillment task associated with the request and click on the Fulfillment Request.

  2. On the fulfillment request page, click on “Fulfillment Products” and confirm that the “RV Shopper Guide” feature is listed. If so, continue to the next step. If not, verify with the AM in charge of the task.

  1. On the details tab, ensure that the Fulfillment Detail Stage is set to “Build”.

  2. Scroll down and click on the Account.

  3. On the account page, click “show all” under the “Related List Quick Links” section on the right. Once the list has expanded downwards, click on “Platform Instances”.

  4. On the Platform Instances page, click the “Platform Instance ID” associated with the domain you are adding the feature to. It should show the domain to the right of the Platform Instance ID.

  5. On the Platform Id page, click the “Feature Enablement” button on the top right of the screen.

  6. Select “Enable Existing Features” and click “Next”.

  7. Select “IRV - Website - RV Shopper Guide” from the list of displayed features. Click “Next” and “Finish”.

  8. Navigate to the website you’re working on in ICC. Create a new listing page named “Shopper-Guide”.

  9. Add the “list-blurb” snippet to the “List Blurb” section of the “Shopper-Guide listing page. You can find the “list-blurb” in the Shopper Guide folder on the IRV ICC account. In the Bottom List Blurb add the “ShopperGuide' Macro.

  10. The Shopper Guide should now be set up. Navigate to /Shopper-Guide to verify that it is working correctly.
