This page covers information related to completing content for IRV clients.
The Background
Who is IRV?
“IRV” refers to a company acquired by Leadventure that serves a handful of RV dealerships. There are over 100 clients and the group receives 400+ content pieces a month.
Starting in January 2025, the DS/ARI content team began fulfilling content for them.
Is the Content Process the Same as the DS/ARI Process?
The end goal is for the IRV process to be exactly the same as the DS/ARI process.
This streamlining will maximize efficiency - both of the specific process and by allowing other content writers to help out if/when the dedicated IRV content writer is out-of-office.
There are currently a few nuanced differences, which are detailed in the process part of this guide.
How Do the DS/ARI and IRV Content Processes Compare?
This table shows the similarities (cell background green color) and differences (cell background yellow color) between the content processes.

Have the IRV Dealers Completed the Dealer Intake Form?
Not yet.
Plans are in the works to develop an intake process for these clients. Once dealers provide more information in an intake, that information will be added to their Salesforce accounts and Lyra will add the relevant information to the dealer’s Dealer Info in the Ongoing Fulfillment Chatter.
The Content Process
Before the Writers Can Start...
The Task | Completed By |
---|
The dealer’s Dealer Info is added to their Ongoing Fulfillment Chatter (This contains how the dealer wants their name written in content, their physical location, and any target locations. It also contains hyperlinks to the dealer’s website, content folder, and fulfillment work done) | Lyra Freely (Madison Garner in Salesforce) |
The Fulfillment Task is created and assigned to the “Ignite SEO PF” queue. (This ensures it shows up on the Report, which the Content Team uses to identify content needing to be written). |
|
The Fulfillment Task is updated with the hyperlink to the WD## entry (in the “Task Details/Instructions” section). (This ensures the writer completes the right assignment for that dealer for that month). | Juniper |
The Fulfillment Work Done has the type of content described in the “Content Type” section. (This lets the writer know whether they should be writing an article or a pagefooter, which have different submission requirements). | The Rep |
The Fulfillment Work Done has the keyword described in the “Content Focus” section. (This lets the writer know what the content piece should be about, such as a broad product like “RVs”, a specific product like “Travel Trailers”, or a brand’s product like “Forest River Travel Trailers”) | The Rep |
1. Choosing Content Requests
Open this report, which contains current IRV tasks.
Open the link in the “Task Details/Instructions” column to see the content type and the keyword focus.
Assign the task to yourself by first going back to the report and opening the corresponding fulfillment task “Content Piece”. Then, change the owner to your name.
This request will now show up in your section of the report.
2. Completing Content Requests
Select a request to work on.
Open up the Fulfillment Task, Ongoing Fulfillment, and the Task Details/Instructions.
See the content type (usually, blog post) and the content keyword in the Fulfillment Task.
Open up the link to the Dealer’s folder, which is found in the OF Chatter.
3. Submitting Content Requests

Training Process
Since most IRV clients only have physical location listed in the SEO sheet, and not including target locations, the prepped UFG conclusion paragraph only has the pre-highlighted spot to add the physical location. If there is a target location listed in the Dealer OF Chatter, be sure to include that.
I’ve tried to remember to unselect the “send email” box when assigning to you. If you see an email about being assigned a piece, ignore it - that request is no more important than any other.
Everything assigned to you should have the things completed that’s listed in the “What’s Done For You” column. If you come across something missing anything from that, either re-assign that content to “Madison Garner”, send me the link over teams, or tag me in the Chatter.
What’s Done For You | What’s Done By You |
---|
The article’s topic (matching the rep-requested keyword) is picked (utilizing UFG) | Edit the content piece |
The UFG document is moved to the dealer’s folder | Add in the Dealership Name and Physical Location (and any target locations) in the pre-highlighted spots DEALERSHIP and PHYSICAL LOCATION |
The document file name is updated | Add the Title Tag |
The “Actions Taken” field is updated with the type of content (Article) | Add the Meta Description |
The “Content Focus” field is updated with the keyword and topic (matching the Rewrite Index) | Change the Fulfillment Task Content Piece “Owner” from you to Pablo Ponce |
The “Completed URL” field is updated with the Google Document Link | |
Record Keeping
Record keeping in case it’s useful down the road
The Process
See the requests needing fulfillment in the report
Change Fulfillment Task Owner to self
Create/Move the document into the Dealer’s folder
Complete the piece
Fulfillment Work Done:
Add the URL to the WD## in the “Completed Piece URL” section
Update Content Focus to match File Name/Rewrite Index Format
Fulfillment Task:
Change “Due Date” to current date
Change Owner to Pablo
Change “Actions Taken” to type of content (article, pagefooter, DC)
Dealer Info
All the information came from the SEO AI Generator resource (the “Dealer Info” tab), using the version in January 2025. The only available information (due to these dealers not completing the dealer intake questionnaire yet) was the dealer’s preferred name and their physical location(s).
Content Folders
There is the main Google Drive folder CONTENT: IRV where each dealer folder lives in a sub-folder using the standard Dealer Folder format “Dealer Name (State Abbreviation) Salesforce ID”.
Given that the IRV clients received content before joining the standard DS process, and this content was uploaded into the team’s website tool, these Google Drive folders do not contain all the content that our company has created for the client.
It should be assumed that duplicate article topics are not a concern for these clients.
Completed Projects
Before Content Fulfillment Can Begin:
- Lyra | Create a folder for each IRV client within the “CONTENT: IRV” folder
- Lyra | Add Dealer Info for each IRV client
