The Process (WIP)

 Where to Find

Pull up the Salesforce dashboard

Click on “My DS/ARI Content Requests (New)” report, on the lefthand side (pictured below)

You’ll see the report with all the content assigned to you. The MM content needing to be edited will be labeled with “- MM” in the actions taken section. For example “Pagefooter - MM” or “Article - MM”

  1. Pick a piece to edit, then open up the following aspects related to the piece itself:

    1. The Dealer Info

    2. The Fulfillment Task

    3. The Task Details/Instructions

    4. The Completed Piece URL

  1. Open up the following resources related to editing the piece:

    1. For the File Name - How to: Name a File or the Rewrite Index

    2. For Any Brand Mentions - Trademark Guide

  2. Edit the piece

  3. Send off to Juniper

    1. Change the Due Date to today’s date

    2. Change the queue from “DS/ARI Content Team” to “DS/ARI Juniper Team PF”

Meets Content Requirements

  • Word Count

  • Uses the primary keyword as well as 1-3 secondary keywords

    • Check the Dealer Info to make sure there are are not any terms to avoid → some dealers want “pre-owned” instead of “used' for example

Correct Formatting

 File Name

 Incorrect Capitalization of Keywords/Phrases

Sometimes, the AI will capitalize keywords or phrases that should not be capitalized.

For Example:

This should be 'utility terrain vehicle”, not “Utility Terrain Vehicle”

Factually Accurate

 Mentioning the Dealer's parts/service departments

Sometimes, the conclusion paragraph will include a shout out for the dealer’s parts and/or service departments. Always check the OF Chatter to ensure the dealer actually has these offerings!

  • Dealer Info - correct locations, preferred name, etc

  • Correct formatting with hashtags

    • remove the WD-# in file name

    • correct file name

  • Accurate statements

  • Fulfilling requirements for that specific type of content (article, pagefooter, dealer content)

  • Correct use of trademarks for brand-related content

  • Proper phrasing - sometimes the AI will have a slightly off version of a colloquial phrase

    • Should be “without batting an eye”
