Audit and Correct FWD Rows
Reps will go through all their clientās checking the FWD rows for November to ensure they are as complete as possible, and will align with the AI generation tool. Also need to ensure the pick is still a solid choice - Do they have inventory?
Important fields include:
Content Focus - Ensure it is specific and everything is spelled correctly. DO NOT include trademarks as it will break reporting.
Destination URL - Must be there to ensure content is linked to a specific page
Secondary Keywords - Please include any keyword variations that you would like included in the generated content. Comma separate all keywords in the fwd(do not use a line break).
Content Notes - This is where we will add any special instructions for the piece of content such as listing a certification or something the dealer specifically wants listed.
