 About the Dealer Intake Form

The dealer intake form contains useful information for completing the New Product Packages. Eventually, all the information from the intake form will be added to the Dealer Info in the Ongoing Fulfillment Chatter (as well as a hyperlink to the intake form). Until then, use this guide to locate a dealer’s completed intake form.

* Note *
Only dealers who signed after the creation of the intake form will have a completed intake form.

Step 1 - Open Dealer Account

Pull up the Dealership Account in Salesforce. Your screen should look something like this:

Step 2 - Click “Fulfillment Requests”

Click on Fulfillment Requests (located in the “Related List Quick Links section on the top right)

Step 3 - Click the SEO Package

Look through the “Fulfillment Type” column for the “DS SEO {Package}”. For example, “DS SEO Platinum”.

For reasons unknown to me, some dealers will have multiple of these listed, so you may need to open them all up to find out which one contains the intake form.

Your screen should now look something like this:

Step 4 - Find “Fulfillment Tasks”

Scroll to the very bottom section called “Fulfillment Tasks”

Scroll until you see the “Fulfillment Task Name” of “CS Team - Perform CS Intake”. If there are a large number of Fulfillment Tasks, you may need to click “View All”.

Open up “CS Team - Perform Cs Intake” task. Your screen should now look something like this:
