Expected impact

Net Driven will have a singular client pool and SEO team that uses the same processes, team members are trained and ready for the new style of fulfillment, and account products and ongoing fulfillments in Salesforce that are in order.

Status Notes

Met with Doug Augis of Customer Success to plan his team’s assistance in creating the amendments we’ll need to change the SKUs.

Sent 3 clients to the CS team to test the amendment process and switching SKUs. Waiting on CS to see how it goes.
