Summary

Plan the continued training of the SEO team building upon the Keyword list training. To include Optimization plans, completing initial site optimization and moving into advanced site optimization. See the project page linked above as well as some of the training rows I have added to the SEO Process Documentation.

This will be a phased project where we need a solid long-term vision, but are focusing mostly on the next 1-2 steps.

Have had several meetings and documents prepped for delivery to the team such as the QA guidelines, ILP optimization guide, and WDI formatting guide. Continued work on training and monitoring basics. Lots left to define.
