Summary

Shift team members to a more active role in their own performance evaluation. Team members will prepare their own performance summary before the meeting and present their performance. Highlight their successes and provide a plan of action for low points in performance. This plan should also include the team member asking for additional help/assistance/training. The team lead should still review performance metrics and work quality independently.
