Hey Lance, are you up to speed on the Yext / Grade.us migration to new rep man tool?
Yes, this will be fairly straightforward to setup customers in the new LV RepMan tool. With FB scraping(need to verify) we will only need to setup 1. the customer in the new LV RepMan tool and 2. the Website Review Tool on the dealer website. We will NOT need to setup DMS, Google, or FB integrations and will not be configuring an Review Request or Review Response components.
If so, do you have a sense of what kind of resource it will take to do these migrations?

800 ARI/DS customers (total count will be significantly less if we only migrate 1 location per customer)
400 hours
10 weeks at 1 resource (Juniper resources should be sufficient)
5 weeks at 2 resources
Get RepMan documentation and raining materials for the migration team ASAP. work with Doug to confirm and source. as well as Grant.
