Purpose

Quality Assurance (QA) corrections are done to ensure that we are delivering high-value, errorless work to our clients. Doing so creates credibility and a good user experience for our sites.

Procedure

  • You’ve done a daily check for outstanding QA corrections.

  • You see a “.5” or a “1” in the QA Completed column.

Step 1: Open client's Trello card

First, we need to open our QA Trello board!

FAQs

What does ".5" mean in the QA Completed column?
  • “.5” in the QA Completed column means that the SEO rep's onsite optimization QA is complete, and the QA team just hasn't gotten anything from Juniper. Reps can still perform corrections just as if the column was marked with a “1.”
