Intro
You may come across a content request for a newly signed dealer - one who is so newly signed that there is no Google Docs folder for them yet! There are two options:
Option A:
Send the Salesforce OF Chatter link to Lyra over Teams, then she will make the folder
Option B:
Follow the below guide to make the folder yourself

1. Determine if the client is Dealer Spike or ARI
Go to the Corresponding Collection of Dealer Folders
Go to the Corresponding Letter Collection
