Intro

You may come across a content request for a newly signed dealer - one who is so newly signed that there is no Google Docs folder for them yet! There are two options:

Option A:

Send the Salesforce OF Chatter link to Lyra over Teams, then she will make the folder

Option B:

Follow the below guide to make the folder yourself

The Process

1. Determine if the client is Dealer Spike or ARI
