Phase 1: Migrate: Restructure all Documentation & Resources under a single folder each
Phase 2: Merge & Update: Collapse multi versions of documentation down to a single version and align formatting and update for accuracy. Interlink documentation with training and resources.
Phase 3: Archive all old documentation and separate ARI/DS section in confluence. Not the actual archive feature, but moved to an Archive folder hidden from the team except Team Leads.
