Status Note	Feb 9, 2023 Training Tracker corresponds with the training modules, therefore want to flesh out the modules more before building out Tracker. Feb 17, 2023 Outline almost complete; building actual modules will follow. Mar 3, 2023 Delays in Modules creation caused deadline for training tracker to be pushed back. Updated Key Dates section to reflect new timeline. Mar 9, 2023 Decided to put smartsheet training tracker on hold to create a modified training tracker that will live inside the module page. Mar 22, 2023 Using Aimee as the guinea pig for the training tracker. Mar 28, 2023 Assigned Jahson on a module using the tracker. Apr 11, 2023 Assigned Jared to a module using tracker.

Is there redundancy to add readings from modules into training tracker?	Yes and no. If we link readings from current training module format then yes. However, we can break the modules down into child pages, which can then be assigned out in the training tracker.

Reduce content on modules by migrating bulk of module content over to be separate child modules.	This keeps the content main training modules at a minimum and also offers pages we can link into the training tracker.

Training tracker depends on the completion of the training modules. Once modules are complete, any readings/sections of a module can then be transitioned into assignments we add to the training tracker.
