Assembling an outline to model the module structure from.
Senior reps reviewed outline and provided feedback to improve/expand the modules. Will update the outline, per their input, then pass along to Team leads.
Katie reviewed outline and provided feedback.
Reviewed outline with Lance. It needs to be expanded on to include more details on steps within each module.
Delays due to trainings and ISP issues caused review process to be pushed back. Updated key dates section to reflect delays and expected completion times.
Sent module drafts to Katie and Grant to review.
Will be reviewing the completed modules tomorrow and providing feedback.
Decided to add training tracker format to modules page.
Using Aimee as guinea pig for the keywords module.
Might need to revise/update some materials for on-site optimization since team seems to be struggling in that area.
Will use Alexis' SRP optimization SOP to add to the On-Site Optimization module.
Added on-site optimization SOP - still needs to be updated based on feedback from team.
