Outcome report: DS PDM Fulfillment Requests (Duplicate)
When there are multiple DigMS Ops Team - PDM Outreach: Intake call fulfillment tasks, you will close out fulfillment requests with the following fulfillment types:
ARI Premium Directory Management
Dealer Spike Premium Directory Management
Instructions
Step 1: Scan the list and look for items with “-” in the Actions Taken column. Duplicates appear under the same Created Date and Account Name as follows:
Step 2: The Premium Directory Management fulfillment request is usually the bottom one. Click the
FR-xxxxxxx to open the record request.
Step 3: Ensure that the Fulfillment Type is one of the two mentioned above.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and close out all fulfillment tasks.
Step 5: Scroll back up to the fulfillment request record and click any pencil icon to begin editing the record.
Step 6: Modify the following fields exactly as follows:
Fulfillment Detail Stage: Complete
Status: Closed
Closure Reason: Not Applicable
Go-Live Actual Date: (Same as System Information Created By date)
Fulfillment Description: Duplicate.
Step 7: Save the record by clicking the Save button at the bottom.
