10 Feb 2023 I have been working through escalations as they come in and training on a call by call basis.

06 Mar 2023 Call training continues as they come in and the Senior reps are getting way more comfortable crafting these conversations.

20 Mar 2023 Going to plan a call workshop to go through some roleplay situations.

24 Mar 2023 Workshop scheduled for Tuesday of next week.

04 Apr 2023 Held call workshop with Alexis and Kyle. Will need to do another with Isabelle and Luis to make sure everyone is on the same page.
