How does a sale come through?
New sales and conversions will come through both of our CRM venues:
DigMS Order Onboarding (New Sales)
DigMS Open Tasks (Conversions)
How will I know a sale was a FSB sale?
There are two SKUs that will be appear in each FSB sale, depending on the type of bundle:
Discount SKU - 6793 Essentials Discount
Discount SKU - 6794 Premium Discount
How will they appear on the planner?
Account | Package | Effective Date |
---|---|---|
Essentials Powersports | (FSB) SEO Gold | 3/1 |
Platinum Powersports | (FSB) AEM Platinum | 3/1 |
It is important that we identify items that are part of the FSB. Put (FSB) in front of every package that is part of this sales order.
The effective date of all FSB sold during the current month will be the first of the next month, and you should put these sales on the appropriate month’s tab.
(Example: Today is February 15. FSB has been sold. The start date for this client for all Digital Marketing services will be March 1. Put the new sale info in the March tab.)
When will they go live, and when do we bill?
The billing team will begin billing the client for all services, including ad spends, on the 1st of the month, regardless of when the project service is set live.
The fulfillment team will prioritize setting up FSB services and set them live as soon as possible, but no earlier than the first of the month they are supposed to start.
The fulfillment team member responsible for setting projects live will fill out the Actual Start Date field and set the Status Reason to Live, then save and close the project service per the usual protocol.
What is required for an account to go live?
A Full Solution Bundle will be set up like a normal digital marketing service, but they will be prioritized by the fulfillment team so that service dates align with billing dates. Therefore, the following requirements must be completed before these services can go live:
All services
Client website is live.
Intake by the CS team.
SEO
Initial setup by Juniper team.
AEM
- CNAMEs added to DNS records
- Complete email list
- ‘From’ email address for emails
- Email approvals
SEM
Initial setup tasks by Juniper team.
Facebook - Facebook access
But what if we aren’t able to set the project service live by the Contracted Start Date?
This is a concern, but we have been able to realistically set project services live within 30 - 40 days of a sale. We understand that certain issues, such as Facebook access, could delay the process. However, the Client Success team will be trained to handle these situations, including how to issue ad spend credits should this become necessary.
