The total units in the backlog (pipeline) will vary each day. It’s important for you to remember that this number changes from hour to hour depending on what the team has set live. It’s good practice to download a copy of the version you are working with just in case you need to look back at it.
The backlog number comes from our Salesforce DigMS Fulfillment Pipeline report. It contains both Fulfillment Requests with live websites and without live websites.
Step 1
Export the report by clicking the arrow next to the Edit button and click Export.
Step 2
Open the spreadsheet and hide rows between Fulfillment Type and the Record Count are next to each other.
Step 3
Highlight cells with the record count of services to see the sum of those record counts. Here, there is a total of 40 ARI AEM items in the backlog.

Enter the record counts on the spreadsheet.
