Update Colorbox Form Confirmation Snippet

  1. Open ICC and impersonate the InteractRV user.

  2. Open “StandardSnippets” and copy the “Contact Confirmation” snippet to the snippet folder of the site you are working on if you are working on a non-GLP form. If working on a GLP form with the price displayed, copy the “GLP Confirmation w/Price” snippet instead.

  3. Switch to the ICC account impersonation associated with the site you are working on.

  4. Edit the “Contact Confirmation” snippet accordingly.

  5. Set the form’s ConfirmationSnippet value to the new “Contact Confirmation” snippet.

    1. If updating the confirmation for the GLP, the contact confirmation snippet can be updated on the developer tab of the domain node.

    2. If updating another form, navigate to the page hosting the form and edit the FormSnippet’s ConfirmationSnippet value.

  6. Save and publish.
