Question

I get no results when I try to add a new unit. How come?

Answer

ARI Mobile allows you to add inventory from scratch, typically for units 2006 and newer. For units older than 2006, please create them inside your Command Center. After creation, you will be able to manage these older units via ARI Mobile.

For best results, you should enter keywords in this sequence: Year, Make, Model (e.g. 2012 Yamaha Apex). All three keywords are recommended. You may find that other combinations or abbreviations work for you, but ARI Mobile is working hard to match your search query against thousands of year/make/model combinations loaded across hundreds of manufacturers. Entering keywords in this sequence will help you get the best results possible.
