Feb 3, 2023 Got the last email from Adam Leff today. Need to complete the restructure of the Google accounts and decide which account to give them access to.
Feb 10, 2023 We have completed the agency account setup and migrated all but one location into the new account. Josh will be working to get manager access again next week. Still need to fix Facebook and give MC access to the new agency account.
Feb 16, 2023 Sent email to Adam to determine if the levels of access we have provided are going to be suitable for their use cases.
Mar 6, 2023 Reached out to IT to have a Google account created for the MC team and they are requesting a meeting to discuss. Currently going back and forth over a meeting time.
Mar 20, 2023 Met with someone from IT today. Because of the companies MFA it is easier to have their user added into our agency account without creating a new Google account. Going to work with Tom from MC to find a solution. Emailed him today and have not heard back yet.
Mar 24, 2023 Google access is confirmed and working, now need to get FB squared away. Sent email to Liselle and Emilie to get some assistance and get them on a call with someone from MC to get this closed out.
Apr 4, 2023 Updates to the access process is up-to-date. Need to complete the documentation updates.
Apr 17, 2023 Josh is trying to catch up from vacation and then he will finish the Facebook part of the documentation.
