QA Feedback Acknowledgement

At the beginning of the month, the QA team will deliver feedback to the team in the Content and QA channel of the DigMS Creative Team chat in Microsoft Teams.

• Content writers should read through their portion of the message and acknowledge the message by reacting to the message.

The goal of this exercise is so that each content writer will know what they need to work on for the month, and to improve upon and not repeat the same mistakes month after month. If the QA team continues to encounter the same challenges with the same writer, they may request that the content manager address those issues with the individual writer.
