If your website is integrated with the SecureNet/WorldPay payment gateway and you are seeing an error message upon final checkout on your website, please review the common issues below and the method for resolving them.

Checkout Error MessageSome of your billing information appears to be invalid

At checkout, your website displays an error message of Some of your billing information appears to be invalid. 

Solution

This problem can typically be corrected by adjusting your AVS (Address Verification System) and/or CVV (Card Verification Value) settings in the SecureNet/Worldpay Virtual Terminal.  Please follow these steps to adjust your settings accordingly:

  1. Log into your SecureNet/Worldpay Virtual Terminal at https:terminal/securenet.com/login.aspx
  2. Go to Tools in the top navigation bar
  3. Go to the Fraud Protection section and click Settings
  4. On the AVS Verification tab, verify that all of the following options are selected: GINRSO, and A. Feel free to increase your security levels at your own discretion.
  5. Click Save
  6. On the CVV Verification tab, check the following letters: N and O. Feel free to increase your security levels at your own discretion.
  7. Click Save
  8. Return to you website and submit a test order, or request that an ARI representative submit a test order for you by emailing your request to Website_Development_Admin@arinet.com

 

Checkout Error MessageCapture Error

At checkout, your website displays an error message of Capture Error

Solution

This problem indicates that the Secure Key for your account must be updated.  To resolve this problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your SecureNet/Worldpay Virtual Terminal at https:terminal/securenet.com/login.aspx
  2. Go to the Settings link in the top navigation bar
  3. Under Merchant Terminal Settings, select Obtain Secure Key.
  4. When prompted, enter your password. A new Secure Key will automatically be generated. You may also select Change Secure Key and it will generate a new key.
  5. Copy/Paste your new Secure Key into an email and send it to Website_Development_Admin@arinet.com

An ARI representative will then do the following:

  1. Enter your new Secure Key into the Endeavor system
  2. Submit a test order on your website to verify that the problem is resolved
  3. Send you a follow-up email
