1. There is no need to track kickbacks.
If you need to kick a fulfillment task back, send it to the DS/ARI SEO Team PF queue.
2. Inventory content = Pagefooters only.
- Create the Piece
100% skills. 0% Salesforce. Google Docs. Put it in the client’s folder.
- Meta data
Instructions: You will now place meta data at the top of the Google Doc for the content types listed below. If the content type is not listed, it does not require meta data.
*Please note that the image link is inserted in the Fulfillment Work Done object. It is only noted here for reference.

Article
There are two ways to get to the Fulfillment Work Done. Writers can choose either way, but must learn both ways in case something happens to the list.
- Completed Piece URL
Step 1: Locate the field by following instructions below and clicking the pencil icon to edit the field.
Step 2: Click the Share button in Google Docs to retrieve the URL.
Step 3: Click the Copy Link button to copy the share link.
Step 4: Paste the link on the Complete Piece URL field.
Step 5: Click the blue Save button at the bottom.
- Image link
Step 1: Locate the Image Link field and click any pencil icon to edit the field.
Step 2: Copy and paste your image URL into the Image Link field and click the blue Save button at the bottom.
- Content Focus / Content Notes
When you need to specify the topic for articles (blog posts), you may edit the Content Focus by clicking the pencil icon to the right of the field and adding the topic after a dash “-”. Don’t forget to click Save at the bottom after you’re done editing!
Please remember to keep this field brief. Other comments about the piece itself can go in the Content Notes box in the Internal Info section.
- Change the Queue
Now that you’re done filling out all of the necessary areas of Salesforce, you can pass your task along to the QA team’s queue. To do this, go back to your original Fulfillment Task and edit the Queue to the DS/ARI QA Team. Don’t know how to do this?
