Getting reviews for all customers / consistency with Data Lake

Flag accuracy per product tier: Entitled, Installed, Working

  • What’s the right granularity?

    • By “product tier”

      • Ensure flags are set appropriately (historical data)

      • Set flags properly on an ongoing basis for all records
